It seems like someone at Google took a vacation because Webmaster Tools seems to have been recently having many many problems.
The latest issue being reported is that the search queries report is delayed.
Recently we had issues with the link report, not selected being pulled, notification preferences bug and URL parameters issues.
Now there are reports of of the Search Queries report being several days delayed.
WebmasterWorld and Google Webmaster Help
have threads with complaints. Some are saying it is delayed back to
February 6th. I am personally seeing data up to February 8th, which is a
bit delayed.
There are no responses from any Googlers yet but delays in Google Webmaster Tools reports is not uncommon.
