Earlier this week, Matt Cutts of Google, stuck a fork in guest blogging for links or SEO purposes.
Now we have guest bloggers asking in Google Webmaster Help forums if they should be disavowing, nofollowing or removing links they have on these sites they've guest blogged on.
If you are asking the question, I'd say the answer is yes - disavow, nofollow or remove those links.

in the forums said that he once considered those to be his "good
backlinks" but now with all the guest blog frenzy, he is rightfully
worried.
Like I said, if you are asking the question, in my
opinion, you should be likely disavow the links. I am sure many would
argue with me at this point but better to be safe than sorry.
